Who we are
Pitch is a creative studio based in Berlin. This policy covers pitch.berlin and any forms, newsletter sign-ups or job applications submitted through it.
What we collect
Contact details you give us directly — through the contact form, the newsletter sign-up or a job application: your name, email, and anything you write in a message or cover note.
Technical data collected automatically when you visit: pages viewed, device and browser type, and an approximate location from your IP address.
Analytics data on how visitors use the site, aggregated and used to improve it.
We do not collect payment details, and we do not sell personal data to anyone.
How we use it
To reply to a message, a job application or a newsletter sign-up.
To understand how the site is used, so we can make it better.
To meet legal or accounting obligations where required.
We only use your information for the reason you gave it to us.
Cookies
This site uses a small number of cookies for analytics and to remember your preferences. You can block or delete cookies in your browser at any time — the site will still work, though some features may behave differently.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of trusted service providers to run this site — hosting, email delivery and analytics. They only process data on our instruction and do not use it for their own purposes. We do not share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep contact form and application messages only as long as needed to respond, then delete them, unless we agree with you to keep them longer. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe.

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to keep your information safe, but no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

We will update this page if how we handle data changes, and update the date at the top. Significant changes will be noted here.
